If you own a Developer Edition of the HTC One M9, you may have already noticed that Android 5.1 is now rolling out. The update, which is around 795MB in size, bumps it up to version 2.6.651.11.
While the number of changes may not look like a whole lot, HTC has made
some big improvements in the areas that matter to users. Those changes
include:
- Android Lollipop 5.1
- Data Performance Improvements
- Call Drop Improvements
- Battery Life Enhancements
- Temperature Management Optimization
- Camera Enhancements
As you can see, the update brings a number of goodies to the device.
While all of the improvements listed are great — who doesn't love a
little longer battery life — one of the ones people will certainly take a
liking to is the camera improvements. We have already taken a look at the camera improvements, so be sure to snap some pics and let us know how you are enjoying it.
