Microsoft's latest app from their Garage division is called Tossup, and it's been designed to help a circle of friends decide where and when they might want to meet

.
The idea behind the app, which was developed by a team inside Microsoft's Outlook division, is to make it easier to find a place where everyone in a group wants to go to, say, eat after work or just hang out. One person with the Tossup app sends out questions to his or her friends and they vote "Yes" or "No" on those decisions. The app can also be used just to get opinions on topic from friends or co-workers.
Invites to vote can be sent via email, text message or Facebook. It's yet another example of Microsoft launching an app on platforms other than Windows first. It's now available in the Google Play Store
